Behind Glow Luxury’s success is founder and CEO, Lauren — a true mom boss with Bauer and Merritt by her side and a supportive husband cheering her on. After a decade in dental hygiene, she traded in scrubs for Chanel and discovered her true calling: making luxury accessible, trustworthy, and fun.You’ll find Lauren doing a little bit of everything — from going live on Instagram and curating dream bags, to packing orders, grabbing lunch for the team, or (sometimes) sneaking in a delivery past Mr. Glow. Since day one, her dedication has been the same: to bring clients the finest selection of preloved luxury items at unmatched prices, all while creating a community that feels like family.

Josie has been part of Glow since almost the very beginning and now serves as our Chief Sales Officer. If you’ve ever shopped a story sale, slid into our DMs, or grabbed a website drop — chances are, you’ve been chatting with her. She handles the majority of Glow’s selling and has a gift for connecting clients with their dream bags.Known for her love of all things pink (especially bags) and her signature “Josie Favorite” picks, she keeps Glow fun, fresh, and just a little bit cheeky. Always fueled by a Starbucks pink drink — and yes, still ordering raw onions on the side — Josie is the heart of Glow’s sales team and the reason so many of you come back for more.

From updating website inventory to authenticating and shipping, to unboxing exciting new arrivals, she ensures every detail is handled with care. While she may not appear often on socials, Jacee is the one making sure orders are accurate, shelves are organized, and clients are taken care of — all with her trademark dedication and attention to detail.
