Behind Glow Luxury's success is a dedicated mom boss. With 2 adorable babies (Bauer & Merritt) by her side and a loving husband on board, she's taken the leap from dental hygiene to luxury handbag guru. After a decade of cleaning teeth, this stylish entrepreneur's found her true calling - and it involves selling beautiful handbags! You can find her packing and shipping, going live on Instagram, hiding deliveries from Mr. Glow, or grabbing lunch for the entire office. Whatever needs done- she jumps in first. Since our establishment, Lauren has always been dedicated to ensuring that Glow Luxury offers its customers the finest selection of preloved luxury items at unmatched prices in the resale market.

Meet Josie
Lauren's fashion-savvy protégé- a college student with a passion for fashion, keeps all of us fresh and on-trend. She's a tiny dynamo with a gift for sales. She heads up the Instagram while living off of pink drinks from Starbucks. Also- she's never lost a single thing because every item in her life is monogrammed (and pink). She truly makes the office seem like a 5 star luxury resort. But don't get too close- Josie LOVES onions, the raw kind. Any time you go out to eat you can catch her asking for "a side of raw onions."

If you're a dedicated customer you may have noticed when she arrived (te-he). Things needed some TLC around here, and now she is making it sparkle! What better way to showcase gorgeous bags than with gorgeous photos? Lauren built a custom studio for her and the rest is history. When she is not photographing new arrivals, she is usually teasing Josie about her monogrammed lipstick or brainstorming more insane content for you.

Jacee is everyone's favorite little sister in the office. She's quick to help no matter the task. You can find her updating the website inventory, authenticating and shipping, or helping unbox all the exciting new arrivals! Although she's the newest team member, it feels like she's been here since day one. You may not see her much on socials, but know that's she's happily behind the scenes keeping the wheels turning and the smiles going.

The OG. Emma is too fancy for us these days. She only comes around for summers and holidays when she's not sipping rose in the Hamptons. But when she does- she and Josie are two peas in a pod, and head up sales to bring you all of the greatest things, live from Instagram! We honestly don't know what we'd do without her during the busy months. She's a lifesaver when you're drowning in Coco handles.
