Returns

We offer a 5 business day return window. This means you have 5 business days from the date you receive your item to submit a return request.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

All returns must be initiated through our Shopify self-service returns portal. Items sent back without submitting a return request first will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and with all original inclusions (i.e., box and dust bag). Proof of purchase is required.

All returned items are subject to inspection, and eligibility is determined at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to deny returns based on return abuse.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, please submit a request through our self-service returns portal or contact info@glowluxury.com if you need assistance.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Store Credit & Return Shipping

Approved returns are issued as store credit only, unless otherwise noted below.

Return shipping costs are deducted from the store credit amount.

Store credit does not expire and will be applied to the customer’s account.
Store credit may be redeemed on store sales, live shows, and website orders.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and submit a return request immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged items are handled on a case-by-case basis. In certain situations, the item may need to be returned and a refund issued to the original payment method.

Incorrect items must be returned. Once received, the correct item will be sent.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Some products may be designated final sale and are not eligible for return. Final sale status will always be clearly indicated at purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item through the returns portal and place a new order once your store credit is issued.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval status.

Approved standard returns are issued as store credit.

In specific cases (such as certain damaged items), a refund may be issued to the original payment method.
