We wanted to be transparent about what’s happening with our main Instagram account, @now.you.glow. Recently, Instagram has been flagging and removing our content under the false claim that we are promoting counterfeit goods and infringing on trademarks. This accusation is completely untrue.

As a legitimate, registered business, every single item we consign is verified through Entrupy’s authentication software, which even financially backs our transactions. Yet, despite being a verified business, we have never even been given the opportunity to provide proof of authenticity. Instead, our only option is to click a review button and wait—without the ability to submit any evidence or directly speak with someone who can fairly evaluate our case.

Because of these unfair restrictions:
❌ We can’t go live to showcase new arrivals.
❌ We can’t add new subscribers to our Instagram-exclusive perks.
❌ We risk losing our account completely if another automated action is taken against us.

We’ve pleaded our case over and over, but every response from Meta has been the same—telling us to "be patient" and let the appeal process play out. Yet, how can we trust a process that doesn’t allow us to provide proof, lacks transparency, and is clearly affecting our ability to run our business?
